Compass Atauro Beach Eco-Lodge is the accommodation of the Compass Diving dive centre. It opened in 2017 on the beach just outside Beloi village, about a 10-minute walk from the harbour. You can snorkel from the shore, and the dive centre runs boat dives around the island.
Rooms and prices
Prices published on the Compass Diving website (October 2026), per night for two people, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and one boat snorkelling trip included:
- Deluxe villas (2): air conditioning, private shower and toilet, one double and one single bed, US$220. Children aged 5 to 12 cost US$60 each.
- Tents (6): large standing tents with fan, light and power socket, double or twin beds, US$120. Shared block with western toilets and hot showers. Children aged 5 to 12 cost US$40 each.
