In our opinion, the best and by far the most reliable dive operator in Dili. Dive Timor Lorosae is Timor-Leste’s PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Center, offering a full range of PADI dive courses and daily trips to the tropical coral reefs around East Timor. It was founded in 2002 by Mark Mialszygrosz, who had been travelling, exploring and diving the country since 2000; it was Timor’s first PADI centre.
