E Silva Car Rentals is a vehicle rental company in Comoro, in western Dili, and one of the 13 car rental companies listed on Timor-Leste’s official tourism site. It has also traded as Rentlo Car Hire.
Renting a car
- Prices are not published. Ask for a written quote that says whether a driver, fuel, the driver’s meals and accommodation, and insurance are included.
- For mountain and south-coast roads, ask for a 4WD.
- Many visitors hire a car with a driver. If you drive yourself, you need your national licence plus an International Driving Permit; traffic drives on the left. See getting around Timor-Leste.
