Implementing the Strategic Development Plan is the Government of Timor-Leste’s background paper for the 2013 Development Partners’ Meeting in Dili (18–20 June 2013). It was written for donors under the Fifth Constitutional Government of Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão. It reports progress two years into the Strategic Development Plan 2011–2030 and explains how the government coordinated aid. For tourism, it is a short official snapshot of how the SDP’s three tourist zones were being put into practice.
Key contents
