Coffee lovers around the world will now be able to experience and taste the unique flavor of Mount Ramelau coffee.

Mount Ramelau, also known as Tatamailau, which means “Grandfather of All”, is the tallest mountain in Timor-Leste with a prosperous and fertile ecology that provides the special conditions for making their coffee a reference.

Starbucks recently added this amazing coffee line that will be exclusively available in supermarkets.

We know better how awesome Timor-Leste coffee is and this is a major opportunity of growing, developing and sharing Timor products and culture worldwide.

Starbucks has been buying coffee from CCT since 1996 and has not only helped them improve the quality of their coffee but has also supported a number of social projects in East Timor.

In 2000, Starbucks helped support a health clinic by covering the initial purchase of medical supplies.

In 2008, Starbucks contributed $20,000 to a social project benefitting 14,000 people in rural areas of East Timor.

Today, through our relationship with CCT Starbucks continues to support the operations of the health programs and clinics in Timor.

Don’t miss it! Taste a Mount Ramelau coffee and share it with us 🙂
